The HVAA College Development Program extends the club soccer pathway through college and beyond. HVAA supports our athletes who aspire to compete at any collegiate level. The typical route for a college-bound soccer player is that the aspiring student-athlete might have been identified as a prospect competing at a tournament showcase format with their travel club team. 

HVAA Coach Lena Staropoli is leading our CDP, College Development Program, and will provide our athletes the tools to explore their college recruiting options. Also, HVAA coaches understand the importance of finding a school that meets student-athletes and their families' athletic, academic, social, and financial needs. In February 2023, HVAA held an exclusive college showcase for our female high school teams at Valley Center Park. Our girls had the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of ten local college coaches from D1, D2, and D3 women's soccer programs.
