Regner comes to HVAA having spent the previous seven years at Lower Merion Soccer Club and, most recently FC Bucks, holding coaching and administrative roles at both clubs. At the college level, Travis started as an assistant coach at Eastern University making multiple NCAA Tournaments before transitioning to Villanova University as an assistant for the women's team. Regner is currently an assistant coach at Temple University, where he has been on staff since the spring of 2021. At HVAA, he will serve as the soccer club's first Technical Director. He also will coach the HVAA 2010 Stingers USYS boys' team, HVAA 2015 Stars girls' team, and HVAA 2016 Revolution boys' team.

Regner currently holds his USSF D License, United Soccer Coaches GK 1&2, Barcelona Tactical Analysis, Tovo V1, and various other licenses.
