"Scottie" grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, where he played four years of Varsity soccer at Lincoln High School. He was First Team All Public in his Junior and Senior years. After high school, Scott coached at Lansing Youth Organization, Danubia Soccer Club, and Philadelphia Soccer Club (PSC), accumulating almost 20 years of coaching experience. He also was a player/coach for the Philadelphia Police men's soccer travel team for several years. As of 2022, Scott is the head coach of our 2008 HVAA Sting boys and 2010 Storm Boys teams at HVAA. He is also the assistant coach for his son, Damian, for the 2011 HVAA Hornets boys' team and the 2007 Hurricanes boys' team. He is the head Junior Varsity boys' coach at Lower Moreland High School.
