Chris McKenna has been coaching all levels of soccer, from youth to high school, for 27 years. He played youth soccer for Port Richmond, AA, and Fishtown, AC.  Chris played three years of varsity soccer at Northeast Catholic High School prior to walking on to play for Villanova University.  After his playing career, he spent three years as the head freshman coach at Northeast Catholic High School while also coaching CYO soccer at Saint Anne's catholic grade school.  Upon graduation, Chris started coaching at Philadelphia Soccer Club, where he ran the in-house soccer program for 5+ years and then coached up to three travel teams each year for several years.  During his tenure at Philadelphia Soccer Club, his teams advanced to four state cup championships, winning three of them, most recently last season with the 2011 girls who advanced on the Regionals down in Virginia. Currently, Coach Chris serves as the head coach for the HVAA Fire 2015 boys team.
