Registration Now Open - Limited Spots Available! HVAA is excited to get started on our Winter Series Turf Games. Last year, our series was a hit, and we reached our total capacity. Don't wait to sign up and secure a spot for the 2025 Winter Series.

The series consists of three games that will be played over three weekends. All games will be played outdoors at our state-of-the-art turf field at Valley Center Park. This series is open exclusively to competitive travel teams in the U8 through U12 age group. Our Winter Series is a great way to play outdoor full-sided 7v7 and 9v9 matches while your team competes in their smaller-sided games in their indoor league. The games are also scheduled in late winter and will get your team ready for the spring season. Spots are limited, so register your team now to secure a spot! Registration ends December 13th!

• Team Registration Fee: $275 (Referee fees are excluded from this registration. Submit payment electronically. Payment details are in the registration form.)
• Length of Series: Three full-length games played over the course of three weeks
• Game Dates: The series starts at the end of January! Girls will compete on Saturday, and boys will compete on Sunday. Refer to the schedule below for exact dates.
• Location: Valley Center Park, 445 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA
• FREE Video Recordings: All games will be recorded and shared with the team's head coach.
• Weather Policy: All games will be played on turf fields and will only be canceled if conditions (snow/ice/windchill) do not permit us to play.

No player passes, or team rosters will be submitted to the referees on game day. However, an initial team roster of player names and their DOB needs to be submitted to HVAA prior to the first game. Guest players are welcome to play during the winter series and should not exceed the age group requirements.

SERIES GAME SCHEDULE

Each team will play one game each week on the dates listed below. The game schedule will be released on January 8, 2025, and is dependent on the number of teams participating.

AGE GROUP FORMAT & GAME DAY INFORMATION:

 *Referee fees are not included in the registration fee, and each team will pay the refs on the field before the match.

 *Scores and standings are not kept for this league.

RECORDED GAMES

Your team's games will be recorded free of charge using our state-of-the-art Spiideo or VEO Technology. All games will be emailed to the head coach/manager the following Monday of each game.  

REFUND POLICY

After December 13th, no refunds will be issued.
