TRAVEL BASEBALL TRYOUTS START SEPTEMBER 14TH!

Our HVAA Travel Baseball teams are being formed for the 2025 baseball season. All players must be registered online prior to participating in tryouts. Fall tryouts will be held for 8U-12U players and 13U-16U. Our 8U-12U HVAA Travel Baseball teams participate in the Suburban Travel Baseball League. Our 13U-16U players participatesin the American Legion League.

There are two tryout sessions for each age group. Players are required to attend at least one tryout date, but they are strongly encouraged to attend both tryouts. 

Please come prepared with your own baseball helmet, bat, glove and cleats. All players should arrive early to check in; arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the tryout start time. Tryouts will begin and end promptly as scheduled. Parents and spectators are NOT permitted on the field and in the dugouts. Players and coaches only are to be on the field and in the dugouts.

There is typically one team in each age group level, usually with a roster of about 12 -15 players for the 8U-12U travel teams. Our American Legion 13U-16U team has a larger roster. Depending on several factors, we may build a second team in the same age group level if there are enough skilled players to form a second competitive team and a volunteer coach to head the team. If a second team would form, players would be invited to play for the team based on their skill level.
