All schedules will be posted on TeamSnap. Go ahead and download the app to your mobile device. You can access some features of the app via desktop, too, but the mobile app is the only way to access team chats where the coaches communicate.

Make sure you accept the TeamSnap invite that your coaches emailed you. Your coach will email a TeamSnap invitation only to the parent/guardian who completed the HVAA online registration. Once the parent/guardian accepts, you can access your child's profile and add additional family members as needed. You can edit your child's profile to add additional family members (Click here for directions). You can also subscribe to the TeamSnap schedule and automatically add it to your personal calendar (Click here for directions.)

Parents are responsible for keeping their child's availability for game days and practices.

Coaches are responsible adding the game schedule and for updating any changes to the TeamSnap schedule, posting their individual practice schedules, and updating the team schedule with playoff game dates information.
