How to View Current Orders Under Your Household

How Members View Household Orders/Registrations
 
Your members have the ability to view all their previously submitted registrations and orders, to see what they're registered for and make/update payment information.

The steps to access this information are:

  1. Login to our HVAA registration Demosphere portal/website here.  Click the 'My Profile Dashboard' tab at the top of the page to the left.
  2. Click the 'My Household' tab under My Account Information
  3. Click View Registration Order History under My Site Registrations
  4. Search for the date or program name to see if you have previously signed up.
